The people who helped me book the event were very good but at the event we did not see or meet anyone from the company if issues arose - that was not good. I would use you again for events so that in itself is praise.

Premier Events deliver premier service
Premier Events could not have done more to make our trip to the Last Night of the Proms a fantastic one! From initial contact to the event itself, nothing was too much trouble and the actual seats were amazing! Would not hesitate in recommending Premier Events 😊

Coming from the States
Coming from the States, I was very nervous about purchasing Taylor Swift tickets from a third party in another county, but Premier Events totally delivered. Every worrisome email I sent was replied to in a timely manner. Tickets were sent when I was told they would be sent. The seats were exactly what I asked for and we had no issues at all getting into the event. Everyone at Premier was great to work with and would recommend using their services...

Premier events was so wonderful! We came over from the states for a concert and it was so nice knowing Premier would take care of us, and they did! Our seats were great and never had to worry about anything!
