RACIST ATTITUDE BREACH OF THE EQUALITY…

THE DOOR WAS LOCKED NOT STUCK ON PURPOSE-RACIST ATTITUDE BREACH OF THE EQUALITY ACT 2010. WOODHALL PARK 350 BRADFORD ROAD FEMALE SHOP ASSISTANT IN THE POST OFFICE COUNTER CAN'T COUNT. Paid £4.39 in usually two in the post office one for the shop the other for the post office. She counted £4.40 thought it was funny with a smile on her face it's not. There was another English woman that had a passport with her for ID I don't carry any ID with me. It's unacceptable that she is working in a shop when she can't count then tells me to press a button. Especially as I can read and write when clearly she didn't go to school in the UK. Zero stars review Outside the shop there was a female driving a Mercedes that had run a red light when she she should of waited at the lights.

Out of date Pepsi zero date on the…

Out of date Pepsi zero date on the bottle was April 2025 we’re not in August 2025 so it’s four months out of date. The youngish lad tried to tell me it’s in date until I shown him today’s date. This should be date checked everyday or even every delivery date. Please check the dates on any product before you buy it

placed an order through the food hub app for tobacco products to be delivered from there Invergordon store and they canceled it without a reason or an apology verry disappointing i was going to give them a go and shop regular with them as i am disabled well i wont bother in the future

Shocking parcel service shouldn't be aloud to run 1 disrespectful towards customers unreal

Had a parcel delivered there at the Premier boslowick garage Falmouth Cornwall, was sent back apparently because they didn't like how royal mail addressed it lol, however on changing the parcel shop to send to, they have put me in the picture, they say that any excuse and the parcel goes back and various people have said how disgusting the service is along with certain people that work in the garage, had i known i would never have chosen as a parcel shop, that been said it's disgusting how they get away with it, all the poor people using them for parcel delivery and to be treated like that is just disgusting, please avoid using or you will get an unpleasant experience as I did,

Unhealthy!!!!!

Unhealthy!!!!! i am not happy this shop doesn't sell any fruit,it is an inconvenience when i haven't got enough time to walk to Sainsbury's and want something healthy.

Knew the manager of service station in…

Knew the manager of service station in falkirk from being a previous neighbour who had always attacked my family because we are mixed race had complained to police about it over the years. Went to her store and she was serving ( first time in a year I had seen her in that shop) asked politely for a lottery ticket and was refused service when I asked her why she phoned the police with outrageous claims that I was being aggressive that I had tried to kill her and was stalking her. Police came and she retracted all her claims and the police are now investigating her. But I'm still banned from the shop. Have contacted the owner by e-mail but have been ignored have contacted premier stores customer services but have been ignored. Basic human rights and decency don't apply to these individuals

I went to my local premier shop with my…

I went to my local premier shop with my mum on Monday 10th December this year to take 7 parcels to the Hermes drop off point. The owner/manager here broke 2 of them because as he scanned my parcels, he threw the first 2 into a shopping basket & the others to the floor, this was despite both my Mum & I telling him to be careful & pointing out that they had fragile tape on them too. The owner inadvertently admitted fault as he compensated me for the first damaged parcel but is now refusing to refund me the cost of the other parcel he smashed which was worth £460! I have a witness to what he did by throwing the parcels to the floor plus the shop has CCTV so I'm pursuing the matter further. It doesn't matter what is in the parcels, he should NOT be throwing people's parcels to the floor! DO NOT USE THE PREMIER EXPRESS ON THREE BRIDGES ROAD IN CRAWLEY.

Store assistant struggling with a small queue, basic English made things more difficult for him, unable to understand some customer queries. Rushing transactions with no acknowledgement or manners with customers, a very simple visit made unnecessarily complicated.

Eastney Premier Store Hampshire - failing on customer service.

Visited the Eastney Premier Store in Cumberland Road recently and as we walked through the door there was a staff member chatting to another on the till. We found our goods and proceeded to the tills. There was no communication with us, no eye contact as they continued to chat about another girl or member of staff in a bad way. When we had paid and started to walk out still no contact and I said that we should have just walked out without paying which broke their communication but still nothing was said. Shelves often blocked by boxes to get to products and they still have plenty of time to chat! Not a customer friendly shop and certainly not a way to run a business.

Main Street, Evington Village, Leicester.

Main Street, Evington Village Leicester store: Usually fantastic service, friendly, helpful chatty staff. Today the staff member didn't speak a word, not even to inform me of the price of my purchases, just turned the till display around to show me the total price. Didn't offer any assistance, threw my purchases around on the counter, and generally gave the impression that my presence was not welcome in the store. I will be checking which staff member is working in the store in future.

Rude and Wrong - Get your Facts Straight

I had a very bad experience with the manager of the Rushden store. Due to an item being faulty discussion was necessary. During the course of events the guy who runs it made many false claims and accusations to get the outcome he wanted. He would not accept the facts of the matter and kept pushing for his way. The law is clear in this respect and there was no way I was going to back down. Anyway this resulted in a stand off situation where I was verbally abused and called a lier. Needless to say I will never go there again.
