Had a few hiccups at beginning but staff went above and beyond to sort everything out and ensure my son had a car for his prom. The car was amazing and the drive was very pleasant and helpful.
Such an easy process. I had never heard of this company untill it came up on a Google search for prom car hire. I was a bit skeptical as it seemed a bit too easy. But I have been very impressed, I booked a car which was fantastic and just what I wanted. 100% will use Poptop events again.

The 1st car I booked for my daughters prom was in an accident and presumably wrote off. I contacted Poptop Events who didn't know about it and after contacting the supplier got back to me straight away and issued my refund. 👍 Booked the 2nd car through Poptop Events.
Hired a beautiful Royals Royce for my daughter and her friend for Prom, the driver was professional and on time, the girls enjoyed their ride in their big evening.
I would not recommend this company. I paid in full for 80 guests and the van broke down on the way to me (I guess not their fault). They were already running a hour late with no communication and the contact I had wouldn’t answer my calls. Eventually a driver called me and asked me to tow them to my party. I was not able to but they offered no solutions at all. They said they didn’t know what to do. I eventually suggested they start their ovens and I would collect the pizzas. When we arrived to collect pizzas it was clear they didn’t have enough ingredients and they said more than once they were running out. I would estimate we had no more than 10 pizzas (only 3 slices per box) out of the 80 and I am yet to receive a full refund. Utterly disappointed with this service and my party was almost ruined.

We used Pop top to locate a unique vehicle for my daughter’s Prom. The process was straightforward , we were able to choose options local to us, and we chose a lovely vehicle , a vintage camper van. The communications with the service provider were direct and easy which gave assurance to us that it was all above board. Would recommend

Robbie was a great singer, engaged with the audience and had a Fab set list. He was professional and punctual. Very good communication throughout. He was very respectful of the situation with it being a celebration of life. I am so glad I booked him as he certainly lifted our spirits and made the occasion a much more memorable one to honour my late mother.
They were fantastic, the operator was chatty and professional, the waffles went down a treat with guests at our wedding, easy booking, we would definitely recommend!
