When I had to contact the company their response was always within an hour or two. Always polite and nothing was any trouble for them with enquires etc.
The 1st car I booked for my daughters prom was in an accident and presumably wrote off. I contacted Poptop Events who didn't know about it and after contacting the supplier got back to me straight away and issued my refund. 👍 Booked the 2nd car through Poptop Events.
