Easy website to navigate, order process simple. Speed in which order dispatched and received was so fast. I ordered Tuesday late evening and it was delivered lunchtime Thursday 😀 and I got an email from Shane immediately on receipt of goods checking everything was correct with the order this would be great if there had of been an issue. With some companies if there is an issue you can never get anyone to speak to. Not an issue with Pipestock Shane was there..

after receiving my items i had a courtesy email because they had just seen the items were delivered which was great, wasn't expected. but it put a person to the order, and not just ordering through the portal. i have since had direct communication with this sales rep and when i have needed help in identifying certain parts it has made the process much easier and Adam has been great. great service.
