Easy website to navigate, order process simple. Speed in which order dispatched and received was so fast. I ordered Tuesday late evening and it was delivered lunchtime Thursday 😀 and I got an email from Shane immediately on receipt of goods checking everything was correct with the order this would be great if there had of been an issue. With some companies if there is an issue you can never get anyone to speak to. Not an issue with Pipestock Shane was there..

Pipe stock is my go to company whenever I need pipe related products, they have a vast selection of components and orders are processed and dispatched with extreme efficiency. I even received a follow up email from Sales Adviser Matt to confirm that I had received my order and it was all present and correct….Exceptional service.

Easy to use website with a great range of products
A very clear website easy to find and then navigate to find the products I wanted. Pricing was competitive, and delivery was very quick, and not too expensive. After sales follow up was polite and helpful, checking all had gone well. Would definitely use again.

Wow! Not only the cheapest I could find but their customer service is second to none. I was having a bad day, I missed a fitting off an order, they said to order separately and refunded me the extra postage, I then realised I'd ordered the wrong part in a rush (idiot!) so they manually changed it over their end. To top it all it was no trouble at all, thank you Matt and Zach.
