The experience is great there is no doubt about that. The staff are great. I spoke to someone called Jonathan very calm, kind and helpful and helped me so much and resolved my issue. A great staff team! But I would necessarily same the same about the products

"New and Improved" WHY???
PhD have done a Coke! Took the amazing Belgian Chocolate and have changed it to new and improved, its terrible, the aftertaste is bitter and artificial, I thought my milk had gone bad! Hopefully they will start selling Belgian Chocolate Classic, and soon! Will be binning it and finding a new flavour. Edit in reply: I agree it is one of your best sellers, I've always bought it until now, the new flavouring is terrible, its so artificial, has it been changed to save money on ingredients? Looking at other reviews here and in other places all feedback on your 'new and improved' flavours across the range had been negative. I strongly suggest you revert back to what people liked before you start losing customers.

We got a bad batch for the 4th time
We got a bad batch for the 4th time. We asked Never to get this batch again, but there is no adequate customer service. Previously they replaced it but now not only that they haven’t disposed of the spoiled batch entirely and keep distributing it to subscribers, but they refused to replace it and claimed that bars being hard with alternated taste, whitened coating and caramel blistering “fall within acceptable parameters”.
