A safe pair of hands
My solicitor recommended Paul to sell my dad’s house after he passed away. After talking to Paul I asked him to take on the sale. From there, I just sat back and watched in Marvel as Paul went through the paces. We walked the property and he explained to me what I need to do to make the property sellable. he did a survey on the property and explained what he needed to satisfy the surveyor. Paul pitched the house as it was, dated with potential and clearly pointed out the potentials. He vets all clients prior to viewing. He is trustworthy and this comes across when you talk to him. You want to buy from Paul. He got considerably more than the asking price and impressed me with his fair mindedness with me and the purchasing couple. i was extremely impressed with Paul Tobin estates. I just cannot say enough about the company except you cannot go wrong with Paul Tobin estates.

Paul Tobin is absolutely amazing, he is a fabulous real estate agent and interior designer. Paul found me amazing tenants and ensured my property was maintained in immaculate condition. If an item in my property needed to be replaced, Paul took the worry off my shoulders and sourced a replacement. Paul has recently sold my property with his expertise in negotiation skills.
