First Class service

We've recently closed on selling our property in Dublin and I cannot speak highly enough of Paul and his wider team. I was very much of the opinion coming in that the housing market was buoyant and we could sell by literally emptying our place and showing it as it stood at the time. I'm glad to say I listened and took Paul's professional advice. He organised painters, cleaners and general maintenance crew to come in and make it feel like a new house in the space of a week. Phenomenal. So much so that it literally only took 3 business days from when the house went on the market to getting sale agreed. Paul stayed in close contact with me through the process and I have absolutely no hesitation recommending him as a thorough professional in his space. Thanks again Paul and wishing you all the best for the future.

Highly recommend

I have been house hunting for many months now, but by far the most pleasurable experience I've had with a real estate agent was with Paul. I found him to be very decent, honest and efficient to deal with. You can also see very clearly that he carefully picks the properties he offers, as he wants to believe in what he's selling to you. When I see that the sale of a property is being managed by him, I feel assured that it is of good quality.

Excellent service.

Paul was an appointed agent on the management and sales of various properties in Ireland. When selling properties Paul went above and beyond to ensure the various units, a mix of apartments and houses, were impeccably dressed for sale. The insights he offered ensured higher than originally valued returns on the units. Paul is a perfectionist and has an impeccable eye for detail. He played a critical role securing and closing out the final sales. I would wholeheartedly recommend Paul. As a boutique estate agent, the service he and his professional team gave was outstanding.
