Evitar ParcelABC a toda costa

Les doy una estrella porque no se les pueden dar 0. Esta empresa de lo único que se encarga es de cobrar. A partir de ahí, el resto es tu problema. Envié varios paquetes de mudanza en un envío internacional. Debido a mi disponibilidad por el trabajo no estaba en el destino cuando llegaron los paquetes, casi los mandan de vuelta. Su solución? Que hablara yo con la empresa de transportes Después de evitar de milagro que enviaran todos los paquetes de vuelta, veo que estos han llegado dañados (las cajas rotas, sin la protección que les había puesto, todos los objetos delicados rotos...). Como había asegurado los paquetes, pedí que se me reembolsara el valor de los objetos dañados. Pues bien, 1 mes llevo esperando que me den alguna noticia. Cansado de ello, al final el que lo está gestionando soy yo directamente con la empresa de transportes. Y lo mejor llega al final. Para ellos, el proceso ha finalizado (a pesar de que sigo esperando la compensación por los daños), pero me están reclamando un precio adicional ya que me excedí del peso (no pude hacerlo con una báscula así que puede ser, hasta aquí bien). Hablé con ellos y me dijeron que podíamos esperar a que recibiera la compensación para que hiciera el pago, pero ahora estoy recibiendo emails de su abogado amenazándome con listas de morosos. Se ve que ni siquiera hablan entre ellos... En resumen, una vergüenza. Recomiendo evitar contratar nada con esta "empresa", que lo único de lo que se ocupan es de cobrar el envío.

Dont use them - Fraud

I wish i could provide them with a negative marking... be safe and don't use this service. Pick not organised even after 2 days ( Invocie NO 253-A670005).... They have a UK no which no one replies.... Zero customer service. And now I will have to chase them for a refund....which i doubt will get .... Please dont use this service. Its a headach.

ParcelABC saved me a lot of money and time! Thank you!

Thanks to ParcelABC I was able to place an order for a DHL courier to have important documents shipped to my home country! It would have been impossible otherwise, as the DHL site directly required me to make the payment using a local bank card (which i do not have) Thankfully I found ParcelABC who were able to not only place the order for me but also save me a lot of money!

they were late with the pickup 3 days. Lady was very kind on the phone, and it was punctual on the third day, took the package from the door. Costumer support actually worked.

Convenient and not expensive

It was simple and convenient to schedule the pickup by DHL Express door to door. It was also about a third of what DHL asked of me on their own site.
