Repeat customers so happy again!
We always book cruises with Paramount, but to be fair Robin is the real reason we book every time with them. Great service and banter and Robin is our go to guy. Istanbul cruise hear we come!

Andreia was excellent. Communicated all the way. Answered all my question and went out of her way to arrange the full package for our cruise in March 2026. Flights from South Africa, transfers and pre-cruise hotel stay. We are looking forward to the cruise.

I requested a quote for a particular cruise and Caitlin was very efficient in replying and also providing follow up information to additional questions I had. I booked the cruise during a follow up telephone conversation (not with Caitlin) and this was a very easy process. I received the booking confirmation shortly after.

Our First Cruise
My husband and I would just like to say what an amazing holiday we had! It was our first cruise and we absolutely loved it! Not much is perfect in this world but it was pretty close! The organisation from Paramount was great and Kevin Cook did a fantastic job of sorting out flights from Spain, booking our extra nights, recommending our cabin and generally organising the trip for us. We are now planning our next cruises and will be sure to visit your site and recommend you in the future.

Excellent chat with Robin who understood exactly what I was trying to do! Ended up booking a cruise with Princess Cruises and now I am looking forward to 2024. Just a thing to keep an eye on is 1 you will get a good deal 2 you will pay more of your deposit at the booking 3 you will pay the balance earlier than the cruise line demands. So take all of those things before making the decision to use a travel agent to book a large priced holiday. But if you want to add on a hotel stay, flights and parking. I’m sure they will have all the answers.

Booking and support easy with quick response and clear detail provided by Andreia. The holiday is not until January, 2025, and hopefully everything will be as efficient moving forward. The holiday package itself is perfect for us, and we even tailored it slightly to add some extra nights in Hong Kong. This was no problem for the travel agent.
