A warning to all UK Drivers. This car rental company provides cheap car rentals but use excuses like Brexit to charge you hidden fees that they claim you need or the car would not be legal on the roads, the headoffice is impossible to contact and they never return any emails or phone calls. Do Not Use! You Have been Warned.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Worst experience in my life. Rented cars all over the world, but never had such a terrible service. Thieves, no other definition. Communication is worst, never reply to emails, or it takes them forever. I have no other choice but to complain to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and European Car Rental Concilliation Service.

The worst company ever please avoid it…
The worst company ever please avoid it with all possibilities. They have very cheap prices where most people fall for it, but you will end up with no car and they taking €1600 deposit and don’t provide any emails or confirmations with Samsung conditions which are very draconic. You will end up with claiming Your money back if you’re lucky.

Odradzam!
Mimo oddania czystego auta w terminie zostałem obciążony dodatkowymi kosztami związanymi z jego czyszczeniem oraz przedłużeniem wynajmu (auto zostało oddane w "bezobsługownym" punkcie - kluczyki wrzucone do skrytki). Tuż przed oddaniem napełniłem bak do pełna ale mimo to według protokołu zwrotu poziom paliwa wynosił 90%. Odradzam wypożyczenie aut w tej firmie.

Nigdy więcej
Porażka.Nigdy więcej nie skorzystam z tej firmy.Oszukują,na stronie jest że są w terminalu a są na parkingu bez żadnego pomieszczenia,wszystko odbywa się pod gołym niebem.Zdałem auto czyste ale nie było nikogo kto by odebrał i po kilku dniach faktura i pobrane pieniądze że auto było brudne.Reklamację złożyłem ale brak jakiegokolwiek odpowiedzi.Nigdy więcej.

Nie wynajmujcie aut w tej firmie otrzymalem brudne auto wewnątrz i na zewnątrz po poprzedniku lub poprzednikach!Zwrucilem auto w takim samym stanie w jakim otrzymalem,mimo to dostalem note obciążeniowa na 300 zl.Nadmieniam ze jest to wyludzenie i oszustwo przez Panek SA.Z tego co czytam to firma wyludza pieniądze.Mam nadzieje ze szybko zbankrutuje.Odradzam wynajmowanie samochodow w panek szkoda czasu i nerwów.

Jesteście złodziejami
Jesteście złodziejami, gdyż przekazaliście mi brudny samochód, co mam udokumentowane na zdjęciach, a pobraliście opłatę za czyszczenie w wysokości 300 PLN. Firma będąca w restrukturyzacji okrada klientów w biały dzień. Trzymajcie się jak najdalej od PANKA. Pierwszy i ostatni raz skorzystałem z ich usług. Idę do Sądu i zawiadamiam odpowiednie urzędy.

Do not rent with them
Do not rent with them. They will steal your money. We rented in Bratislava, couldnt reach the guy if he will be at the drop off. Next day they took all 2000€ deposit without a word, after few days calling everywhere they sent us picture that we scratched the car. Yeah, like plenty others with same problem if you check reviews on google maps... The guy didnt meet us, but he came after us alone. Since drop off doesnt reply any calls or messages. Sililar modus operendi everytime...Pay more with someone more profesional

Cette société de location de voitures est un scam et il est affligeant que Rentalcars.com fasse la publicité de cette société. Ils font payer une assurance supplémentaire en prétentant que l'assurance sélectionnée sur Rentalcars.com ne fonctionne pas. De plus ils testent votre carte en effectuant un débit qui soit disant sera restitué dans les jours à venir (plus d'un mois après j'attends toujours). Le groupe Booking.com auquel appartient Rentalcars.com n'est donc pas digne de confiance dans ses propositions d'offres de location (et la même chose s'applique probablement aussi aux hotels)
