I wanted to make a deposit for a bet but the moment I tried to deposit, they suspended my account for verification. I sent the documents and even sent them via chat. The customer support lied, saying to wait a couple of hours. More than 24 hours have passed and nothing, not even emails. Terrible customer support, and I've been harmed because the bet has already taken place and I would have won. Instead, I was harmed by this website. I've been a customer of paddy power for several years and this is shameful.

Use to love playing on this site but lately u can not win any thing it's like the games are doctored get a bonus around and win like 50 p it seems to me the games have get some sort of stopper on theam to stop u winning

Really bad and slow withdrawal process, you never win and even on scatter gives me £0 for 4 times in the row. Maybe is better to avoid that casino.

I want to contact their management over something that is not a disputed bet. Not possible. No customer service.

Brilliant site

Well some of the casino games are not fair as some spin faster than others and never land on a win. When adding money to the same game it restarts and loads game all again very annoying.

Worst managment ever Dont reply to customer complaints Stealing money from customers They didnt want to return my money which was stuck to that gambling machine. Incredible. Dont go there
