Customer support lied to me. The verification process is slow, it seems like nobody wants to work there.
I wanted to make a deposit for a bet but the moment I tried to deposit, they suspended my account for verification. I sent the documents and even sent them via chat. The customer support lied, saying to wait a couple of hours. More than 24 hours have passed and nothing, not even emails. Terrible customer support, and I've been harmed because the bet has already taken place and I would have won. Instead, I was harmed by this website. I've been a customer of paddy power for several years and this is shameful.
