Oxygen Hawkes Bay

Jamie has been my landlord for almost 4 years now. Shes always amazing and easy to talk to. Any issues are dealt with quickly. Great communication. Get text alerts for wind warnings (which I thought was good, because I wouldnt of known).

Tracey is kind and very helpful

Tracey is kind and very helpful. She always makes sure that we as tenants are comfortable in the property and arranges any repairs to be done quickly and efficiently. She really lovely to deal with and we are very happy to have her as our property manager.

Before we arrived in NZ (April 2023)

Before we arrived in NZ (April 2023) , we met our home agent Anna from Oxygen. She's very helpful in making sure that we get a perfect home for us. Oxygen helped us get a home that suits our needs. The location is perfect. It is near to parks which is perfect as we have a kid and lead us to an active lifestyle. But at the same time our home location offer peace and quiet community. The house is also functional, bedrooms are big enough, kitchen and living room is also spacious. Oxygen made sure that everything is working properly and offer us fair rates. I also like how they communicate with us after we movedin, they are very responsive. Oxygen is such a reliable partner in looking for home.

Landlord that cares

Oxygen has been amazing when it comes to homes ive rented with them. They have made sure my family and I are warm and in a home and have gone above and beyond. Michelle is an amazing landlord. She is understanding and cares for our needs. Couldn't recommend a better landlord or rental agency to work with.

Cushla has a large property portfolio and is often under pressure and time restraints to solve issues for her landlords and tenants. I enjoy working with Cushla, as we often catch up to discuss the best way of finding a solution. She is extremely customer focused and always remains professional.
