Jamie has been my landlord for almost 4 years now. Shes always amazing and easy to talk to. Any issues are dealt with quickly. Great communication. Get text alerts for wind warnings (which I thought was good, because I wouldnt of known).

Round the clock Superstar!

Diane has been always helpful and supportive for us. From the time she took over to look after our tenancy, that was when I was expecting our first baby till now where he is 15 months old now she has helped negotiating with our land lord to accommodate most of our requests. Anytime we call, message or email we always got prompt response from her. To be specific I sent a message on 05th June at 9.34pm asking about person who is coming for repairs at home and by 9.40pm we got a response. We are lucky to have her as our property manager.

Great communication and support

Great communication and very helpful with my new tenancy. As I was moving from timaru to Wellington, sandy helped me for the house viewing on the video call. She explain me everything very well. Thank you so much for the help and support sandy.

Diane is very cooperative and always…

Diane is very cooperative and always respond on time. One time she was at home sick and she responded via text & also called me as well despite her being sick which I could hear her voice was not so good but she attempted to return my call. She always recommended some alternative of a colleague at work to contact instead. Communication is always on point with Dian and am very grateful for her as my property manager.
