Product was old chocolate had no taste Paid a small funding, with the jelly half circular jelly cost alot for so few pieces The chocolate chips with raspberry jelly intact was non flavorful chocolate again was old and my chocolate coated raspberry were inedible

I love to munch on kosher parve chocolate during Pesach and this is my go to brand...keep up the good work and also keep the prices reasonable please including shipping. Todah Rabbah! Chag Sameach!

Always fresh and delicious!

I have found that Oh Nuts is the only company that sells Fruit Cordial Eggs. These are a special treat for my family as my mother always had them in our Easter baskets when we were younger. I buy a bag for each of my siblings at Easter. It’s a way of keeping fond memories of my Mother alive. I’ve Also ordered nuts in the individual Snack packs. They are easy to travel with and enjoy with lunches. I’ve always had fast service and everything I order arrives in great condition-packaged well.

The Positive: You have a great selection. I watched you grow from your beginnings on Ave. J to a much larger company kinna hurra.Your quality of many products are tops. The Negative: Your price is too high especially on packaged goods such as Dots. Your competition has you beat by far. The toffee received was like hard candy; old and hard. In the past I purchased a gift package sent to my brother who threw it out due to old contents not fit for a dog. Although you replaced same there is a blemish in your system that needs to be corrected. In the meantime Hag Sameach for a sweet future.

I had ordered 4 boxes of Passover Chocolate Confection Gift Box (18 pieces), but received 2 boxes of them and 2 boxes of Passover Cashew Clusters. I did not have enough chocolates to fill my dishes. The other items I ordered were correct.

I brought this item as treat for Passover. I was very disappointed; the nuts were soggy and unappetizing. The package was sealed until Saturday night.

This was a birthday gift and my sister in law just loved it. She said there was nice variety of nuts, they were fresh and she liked the wooden box presentation. I would order again.

I made two orders for Passover, to two separate addresses, and neither ever arrived.

Overall, a very good experience until the delivery. I guess there's no way to specify what carrier one would like. I was in no rush and checked standard delivery. But FedEx was used. I've had several negative experiences with FedEx and this time was no different. The 1+day delay was not a big deal, but FedEx's website presented it poorly. I emailed OhNuts to please contact FedEx as I refused to go through that again and they replied that they would. After a day or so, I decided to check FedEx's website and saw a delivery date & time and this time it was dumped on our porch within their timeframe. Wish the USPS had been used - just coz

We ordered many things for the Passover holiday and everything was amazing! The dates were Absolutely amazing as well as the dried pears. Everything was extremely fresh and so delicious. We also had a slight problem with our initial order and it was taken care of right away.

Item received lacking gluten free designation as shown in marketing photos. Oh!Nuts customer service top notch. Return label sent & item promptly refunded. Could not ask for more. Stellar.

For Passover products, they were excellent. All of their products we ordered, were very good.

All my desserts were damaged and not edible. Rainbow cookies smushed together and missing chocolate. My cakes that had chocolate were freezer burned or old chocolate, not sure which. Lemon roll cake smushed together and had no frosting. 1st Seder Night no desserts because I could not use them at all.

I have been a customer for years. Have sent my kids in college baskets on holidays. Wanted to support a Jewish business. My order arrived incomplete. When I called to inquire where the rest of my order was, they told me that they had weighed the package before it was sent and it was the correct weight. When I took pictures to show that I didn’t receive the missing items they did not email or call me back. Basically, I was accused of being a liar. I asked for a refund for the items I never received and again got no response. I had to call my credit card company. Will NEVER again use this company.

Your loose candy that was shipped in ziplocked bags opened in the carton and was unusable as it exploded all over the place. Not happy with that delivery. Thank you,
