Great to send for gifts

Matzo arrived on time perfectly and securely packaged. No breakage upon opening individual packages. So important for any matzo, and particularly shmura matzo, for seder purposes. Excellent quality, texture and taste for matzo that was produced well before it arrived. Fair price given the Williamsburg and Borough Park bakeries and sources wanted the offensive and exorbitant price of about $55 - $60 dollars a pound, which is 5-6 sheets of matzo.

Online order - excellent packaging and quality. 11/10 would recommend!

Shipping took a long time. The order was accurate and delicious. No complaints.

I ordered 5 boxes of gluten free matzah balls. When I received my order I was sent regular matzah ball mix. I emailed them about the situation and when the finally got back to me they said they had to check and then had me take a picture of what I received. Then they sent me a label to return the incorrect items. They would not send out my gluten free until they had prof from fedex that I returned the boxes. Then they emailed me that they were out of my product. I would never order them again. They were not accommodating or very helpful. Very disappointed with their service.

Our Gal-Gal cracker (25 boxes of them) came in complete pieces in the boxes. They were smashed.

Ordered the chocolate covered pretzels and my niece loved them!

The quality of the products are unbelievable. I live in Annapolis, MD where we cant get good Passover foods

I was bitterly disappointed when I saw how small the chocolates were. I paid $32.00 and expected more for my money.

You didn't send the big bags. I feel I get ripped off with all the smaller bags weights.

Viennese Crunch has been getting difficult to find for Pesach. The Viennese Crunch mavens in my house love the Oh Nuts Viennese Crunch. Also, Oh Nuts delivered it exactly when I requested.

Went out of their way to contact me to find in stock substitutions for my order. Will be ordering again.

Products were all good quality and shipped promptly, but I don’t usually need $99 at a time, and shipping is very expensive. The $59 minimum just before Passover was a little better, but I would order more often if shipping was free with a $35 order.

Excellent site for ordering Passover items at a reasonable price. I live in a place where it’s hard to find some Passover items and since discovering OhNuts, I can get them!

Compared to other such items--similarly or even less costly--that I've purchased on line, this item was less impressive. It looked more like a $9.99 box of candy than a $30+ one. Only 2 people at the dinner took a piece. I asked them how it was and they said "fine." No one took a 2nd piece. I would not select this product again.
