Certificate was not generated alongside my test results. Also it seems that this company doesn’t sell tests anymore; my guess is their platform (and customer service) will steadily decline from here. Just another company trying to make a quick buck from the pandemic.

Economy Covid Self test kit
In some places Covid Self test kit costs around £15, how ever the kits which I got it from Now Test was for £5, its easy to use and with self explanatory instructions.

Do not use if you need test in two…
Do not use if you need test in two days. They tell you next day BUT only tell AFTER you buy it that it might not be received until after 2 days, which defeats the purpose. AND is simply taking advantage of tourists because if you tell them the date you need it… then the tell you they are shipping AFTER that date 🤦♀️. It’s just rude. And they have no customer service number to call. Shame on UK for suggesting this company

Perfect if you have the right web browser
The test arrived in the mail promptly and was inexpensive. The process of taking the test and submitting the results was very well explained and easy. My only complaint is the QR code reader/camera would not work for me in Safari so I had to download Chrome to get the website app to work properly.
