This company doesn't have trustworthy practices with hidden fees and They charged my credit card without consent. Very poor communication and customer service. I will spend my money and shop elsewhere, there are lots of better options. Read carefully the real reviews and you will see the trend.

Compagnie frauduleuse / Scam Company
English translation at the end - Je n'ai pas passé la commande, j'ai changé d'idée à la dernière minutes (questionnaire bizarre à remplir que je n'était pas à l'aise de répondre) et ils m'ont quand même chargé le montant sur ma carte de crédit. Quand je leurs ai demandé un remboursement ils m'ont dit que je devais leurs retourner le produit (que je n'ai pas commandé). Finalement le produit n'est jamais arrivé et quand je leurs ai demandé de nouveau un remboursement, ils m'ont changé le montant une deuxième fois à ma carte de crédit. Je dois me démener avec ma compagnie de carte de crédit pour mon remboursement maintenant... Perte de temps et d'énergie causé par une compagnie frauduleuse. ÉVITEZ Rocky Health À TOUT PRIX. Trouvez une compagnie digne de confiance, pas ces charlatans. I didn't place the order, I changed my mind at the last minute (weird questionnaire to fill out that I wasn't comfortable answering) and they still charged me the amount on my credit card. When I asked them for a refund they told me that I had to return the product to them (product which I did not order). Finally the product never arrived and when I asked them again for a refund, they did not replied to me but they had the impudence to changed the amount a second time to my credit card. Now I have to scramble with my credit card company for my refund... Waste of time and energy caused by a fraudulent company. AVOID Rocky Health AT ALL COSTS. Find a companies you can trust... Avoid these scam artists. I should have listened to the bad reviews I read about them but I thought it only happened to others... Well it doesn't.

Great experience!
My experience with myrocky was a good one. They took the extra time and effort to connect via a phone call, a few times actually. My order was shipped and arrived relatively quickly. My prescription worked too for which Im greatfull.
