This company doesn't have trustworthy practices with hidden fees and They charged my credit card without consent. Very poor communication and customer service. I will spend my money and shop elsewhere, there are lots of better options. Read carefully the real reviews and you will see the trend.

I Initially experienced what I felt was unethical business practices. However after posting a negative review I got a call back and they resolved my issue very well, and are looking into fixing their systems. First they asked for my credit card info before sharing the price. Then, even though I abandoned cart and didn’t complete the purchase I still got billed. I received a message from the prescribing doctor, and even though I didn’t respond, it got approved and I was billed. However because Canada post was on strike I never received the package. I also found out I was signed up for a recurring subscription! I had to have them cancel that. But after they called me back and said they would work on their system and gave me a refund I feel a lot better. JAYMIE was an excellent rep who not only resolved my issue, but also ensured that the company fixed its web design and systems to prevent such issues in the future and provide a smooth experience.
The team at Rocky Health provides superlative tele-health care and services…from my clinicians Catherine (and Annivy) to the administration leaders/account managers, Renelle and Allen and finally the personal care and liaising provided by pharmacist Mina…OUTSTANDING - I am a tele-health champion! At every point I needed support, the whole team at Rocky Health was available and aided me professionally and compassionately.
Filling out the questionnaire was quick and concise. Customer service replied very quickly, and was able to track down my order and give me all the info i needed. Thankyou to Angela for the help i needed. Very happy with my order and all interactions involved.
