O site dizia que tinham stock, a UPS relatou que as caixas vinham vazias e que iam reportar ao remetente. Foi preciso elaborar um contrato assinado com o meu banco para queixa de fraude, para finalmente o remetente fosse obrigado a fazer o reembolso após um mês, que nem desculpa pediram. Vergonhoso, foi a minha primeira encomenda e nunca mais.

Trop de temps à l'expédition d'une commande pour le 21 juin. Ça nous a mis en galère apparemment parce qu'il y a eu un problème avec le service qui traite le numéro intracommunautaire

The items were securely packaged and arrived undamaged, there was a signed checking certificate with the instrument. Sicher verpackt, unbeschädigt angekommen, Überprüfungs-Zertifikat dabei.
