J'avais passé une commande chez Thomann la veille de celle chez Music Store, et la commande de Music Store est arrivée avant celle de chez Thomann. Je n'ai rien à reprocher à la qualité du service fourni par Music Store, c'est un travail sérieux et professionnel.

Komplikationslose Bestellung und schnelle Auslieferung. Auf der Homepage nervt etwas die Übergriffigkeit des Newsletter-Popup-Fensters, was dazu führt, dass ich diesen erst recht nicht abonnieren möchte 😁. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

Tolle Produkte, gute Qualität, schnelle Lieferung, Produkte machen Spaß. Leider wurde die Hausnummer nicht vollständig auf dem Versandetikett aufgedruckt, sodass UPS das Paket zwei Häuser entfernt beim Nachbarn vor die Haustür gelegt hat. Ich kam nur darauf, dort nachzusehen, da ich über das Tracking Zugriff auf ein Foto von dem abgelegten Packstück erhalten habe, die Meldung der Zustellung und gleichzeitig keine Paketsendung zu finden war nicht so toll.

Ho ordinato una console da deejay. Non è stata disponibile da subito ma il post vendita mi ha tenuto costantemente aggiornato, ottimo servizio. Oltre a mail automatiche anche una persona che si è occupata del mio ordine dall'inizio alla fine. Il pacco è arrivato perfettamente confezionato ed in sicurezza all'interno visto il materiale dedicato. Ottimo tutto, forse poteva arrivare prima ma non è colpa di music store ma il tempo di approvvigionamento dal vendor.
