I love monzo because it allows me to access my money a day early and that is so helpful! I love the way it makes the kerching noise every time you get paid, I love everything about monzo! I recommend it to everyone!
I have been a big fan of monzo. Until now. !! !THEY WILL GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK TO A SCAM!!! Even with evidence!! I'm quite shocked as expected a much better service but they are not remotely interested in resolving the issue. They are scammed by Scammers and because the scammers know the loop holes despite clear evidence it's a misold product. Fake item! Getting apology emails and gaslighting me about it being the incorrect sizing when it's a fake product isn't a resolution or good service. It's passive aggressive and fake.
