Stipulato assicurazione annuale (no rca) tramite Renault, ho dovuto chiuderla dopo 6 mesi per cambio auto, NON fanno rimborsi sulle assicurazioni annuali, solo sulle pluriennali con disdetta 30g prima della scadenza. Sulle annuali anche quelle online danno rimborso, loro NO, MAI più assicurazioni con loro, pessimi!

Two weeks on not received my £200 back from mobilize after they took it from my bank knowing the settlement was paid more than a week before. On contacting them staff had a attitude with one laughing at me.

Ho da poco iniziato un finanziamento per l acquisto di una macchina con FinRenault il sito è abbastanza veloce e chiaro e facilmente comprensibile su tutto quello che uno ha nel pacchetto finanziamento quello che nn mi e piaciuto e la non possibilità di scaricarsi autonomamente i vari contratti e polizze ma ti rimanda a una pagina dove dice di contattare l assistenza tramite email o telefono pero per il resto e un sito discreto dove tenere a portata di mano la situazione col finanziamento per quanto riguarda l assistenza con i sinistri non ho avuto modo di testarla e spero di non doverlo fare mai.

Don’t bother calling them
Recently received a letter as my PCP agreement is coming to an end. The letter says to call to discuss options. What a waste of time that was. On hold to then speak to someone who didn’t seem to know anything. They were unable to tell me what the interest rate would be to refinance at the end of the agreement or whether refinancing would put me through another credit check. They told me to wait for another letter about options. I guess I’ll just wait then.
