Overall company experience
I have used media upload for some months now and the service is very good. Prompt delivery, good prices and range of products. I have had to call customer service once and they were lovely and extremely helpful and did everything they could to resolve a stick issue. I highly recommend this company.

I was pleased to receive my order the…
I was pleased to receive my order the next day. However, I didn't really need £15 of supplies on this occasion + postage & so this made the items more expensive. I telephoned your Company on receipt of the order to query why washcloths advertised were dry wipes, I thought they should have been wet. The person I spoke to was helpful & apologetic. I would shop with you again.
