I had a problem with the air valve on…
I had a problem with the air valve on the aircast Cryo/cuff lid. I emailed Medical supplies support who emailed me back within hours and sent me a complete new unit the next day. Communication was outstanding with regular updates.

Abdominal support.
I had been looking for a sufficiently deep abdominal support belt for a while and came across this company which had exactly what I wanted. My diastasis recti has been dismissed over several years by doctors who just tell me that it happens in pregnancy. Well, when I sit up, it protrudes as if I am pregnant to the point that I sometimes cannot see my penis. (Hint to relevance of comment by Doctor). I also find this affects my breathing due to the diaphragm being unsupported. So, whenever I'm doing something which requires core muscle control, I wear the belt and it is superb. I'm also an experienced Medical Devices specialist so I appreciate the design of this product which is very reasonably priced. It's also fairly discreet to wear.
