Had an issue with my boiler and called MCR Gas. An engineer arrived within 50 minutes super fast response! They diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot. The engineer was friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. Efficient, professional, and careful to protect our home throughout. Couldn’t ask for better service highly recommended!

Stefan from MCR Gas did an outstanding job of relocating our boiler and capping off unwanted old gas lines across the house ahead of our garage conversion and house renovation! The garage will be a utility, storage area, boot room and downstairs shower room, so we are expecting a lot from a small space and it was important the boiler, pipe work and outlets were in specific places in preparation for that. Stefan understood and did a fantastic job of putting everything in place, even making some improvements to our plans to ensure easy access to certain pipework. He is an absolute grafter and did a neat and sound job, respecting our home, cleaning up afterwards and being professional and friendly throughout! Wouldn’t hesitate to use MCR Gas again and highly recommend them!

5 Stars 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟 We had issues with our boiler and a leak at our property, and MCR Gas came to the rescue! The engineer was fantastic—professional, friendly, and quick to identify the problem. They even went out of their way to pick up a part the same day to resolve the issue with the boiler. Not only did they fix the boiler, but they also took care of the leak. The price was very reasonable, and we were really impressed with the efficiency and quality of the service. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend highly enough the experience of buying and having fitted a new boiler from Ryan and his amazing team. Prompt appointment times and courteous and experienced gas engineers. I have already recommended to all my friends. Will definitely be my go to place in future.

Sadly I had a poor experience and a very unsympathetic response. I paid nearly £500 pounds for a shower leak. A leak they failed to fix. The receptionist says they'll need to send a quote for them to come back. Apparently, they'd diagnosed the problem incorrectly. So, I'm out of pocket and left in the same position with water pouring into my kitchen. Depressing.

Had a new boiler fitted,very easy to order online,good information for the type of boiler I needed,Jamie and Josh were very diligent and pleasant,will definitely use Mcr gas again. Richard.

Engineers arrived as arranged, got stuck into the boiler replacement, job completed on time and cleaned up afterwards, fantastic job, would definitely recommend x

Fantastic local company, who were prompt to service and fix my boiler and sort what was needed so I had hot running water and a warm home my little boy and I. All sorted within 48 hours. Friendly and helpful. Amazing customer service! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with mcr gas, had a leak on our boiler on Christmas Eve and Marley the engineer was with us within a couple of hours of contacting them he was very respectful of our house, explained what the problem was and ordered the parts, ensured we had heat and hot water over the Christmas period and returned yesterday (3.1.25) to fit the parts….again Marley explained everything throughout and would highly recommend using mcr gas! Marley is a credit to your company as you don’t normally get this kind of customer service anymore….one last thing the price was very reasonable!!!

Great service from start to finish. They listened to all my requirements and then gave me a very reasonable quotation on 3 different boiler options. There was no sales pitch or hard sell. Emma was very helpful in making arrangements for a convenient day for installation. Marley and Jamie arrived as expected. Text messages were sent with ETA and tracking options. They were both polite and professional. They informed me of how long the job would take and got straight to work. They completed the job on time and cleared everything away. A very neat job. They then took time with me to go through the operation of both the boiler and the thermostat. Unfortunately 4 weeks later I had a small problem with the thermostat and receiver not communicating with each other. Chris talked me through how to override them so we had heating and then came out the same day to fit a new receiver. I cannot recommend this company enough. Seldom do you find companies now that pride themselves so much on customer service but I found one with this company. Everyone I either spoke to on the phone or had working at the house were just lovely, genuine people. 5 star service for sure.

Fantastic company from speaking to Emma to having it fitted by Stefan within a couple of days. This close to christmas and no boiler so we are so grateful tk m/c gas for their professionalism and speedy outcome .we would use them again in a shot and would highly recommend. I’d just moved into new house and the HIVE was very perplexing. Ryan explained how it’s unique to an individual and not the property but sorted it for use in meantime without the app. He’ll be coming back to service the boiler and for my own HIVE.
