BROKE MORE THAN BOOT LOCK
he was to put boot lock in broke the part then broke boot mechanism then broke my license plate housing now rain gets in and my license plate lights don't work so it costing me more money and being on disability money tight NEVER AGAIN AND WONT RECOMMEND

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
This is a predatory business that takes advantage of women and people who don't know any better. Took advantage of my girl. $330 charge to refill transmission fluid and top up engine oil and jump start a car.... (20 MINUTE JOB AT MOST ) IS A F$#@%! RIPOFF. What you will be charged at a minimum. $99 call out fee for 15 mins. $200 and hour for labour ( this is extreme obviously ) Plus, Plus, Plus "miscellaneous fees". I'll bet you're already too late to read this and avoid this business and you are here because you have been ripped off and burnt like my girl was. NO INTEGRITY

If I could give no star rating F***ING would! I had booked for Radiator replacement for 25th May 12-2pm. Spent the morning spraying the whole car as asked from them by email. 12,1,2pm came no one showed up. Called them only to be told oh they’re coming at 2-4pm okay 2,3,4pm comes get a call to tell us “ oh no can come tomorrow re book it mate not much day left” WHAT THE ACTUAL F***ERY?! So unprofessional we wasted a whole bloody day waiting for these people to come only to be effedaround we could’ve been out of the mechanics by 2pm if we hadn’t relied on these useless pri**s

Very professional and good value for money , I will not be taking my car back to Mercedes to get serviced,as I got exactly the same thing at home and saved a lot of money, and why he was here he service my wife’s car as well thanks Lube Mobile great job.

Excellent Service
Your Technician Simon turned well within nominated time window. He was polite, professional and efficient. The only problem I had, he diagnosed & fixed problems, that should have been fixed by the mechanic I have been taking my car to for the last 2.5 years..!! Great work, great bloke, great customer service..

If I could give less than 0 ratings, I absolutely would. I made a booking for my car service, I explained what is the problem over the phone and they suggested me to change the sparkplug. When the mechanic came to my house, I've explained to him what was the problem that I have in my car. According to the mechanic is the same thing that I have to replace the sparkplug. I've got the quote $380 and ended up spending almost $1,400, as the mechanic said there was more problem after he inspected my car. I agreed as I trust the mechanic blindly. However, my car doesn't get fixed at the end. I've wasted my money. I did call their office, and now they suggest I have to change one by one, as they don't know what was the problem. How crazy is that??? If only they had told me in the very first place that they wouldn't know the problem, surely I won't take their service. My advice, don't go with their service. So disappointing!
