BROKE MORE THAN BOOT LOCK

he was to put boot lock in broke the part then broke boot mechanism then broke my license plate housing now rain gets in and my license plate lights don't work so it costing me more money and being on disability money tight NEVER AGAIN AND WONT RECOMMEND

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This is a predatory business that takes advantage of women and people who don't know any better. Took advantage of my girl. $330 charge to refill transmission fluid and top up engine oil and jump start a car.... (20 MINUTE JOB AT MOST ) IS A F$#@%! RIPOFF. What you will be charged at a minimum. $99 call out fee for 15 mins. $200 and hour for labour ( this is extreme obviously ) Plus, Plus, Plus "miscellaneous fees". I'll bet you're already too late to read this and avoid this business and you are here because you have been ripped off and burnt like my girl was. NO INTEGRITY

Disabled Driver's tribute to Lube Mobile.

As a disabled driver, I need my car to get me to and from work. Lube Mobile were the epitome of professionalism and organisation of arranging the necessary replacement parts needed for my car. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and dedication in assisting me at this time. Thank you so much!

DISAPPOINTED!!!

Service technicians are nice but the manager is terrible to deal with. Had a bolt in my tyre and called them out to see if I could get the punctured tyre fixed. I was advised that the tyre would require to be replaced and that if I was happy to go ahead - he would organize the tyre technician to come out. Fine. Sounded good to me. Tyre technician comes out and tells me that I need to get two tyres replaced since it's AWD but they're unable to do it today but can come back tomorrow. I told the tyre technician that I would need to discuss the additional cost with my husband and I asked if I would be able to get a refund for the tyre fee should I decide to not proceed. The tyre technician said anything in regards to refund would need to be discussed with the initial technician. I then told the the tyre technician that I would contact the INITIAL technician of my decision. At no point did I tell the tyre technician technician to wait for my answer. As I need to use my car the next day - fortunately I was able to get in contact with GoTyres who said they could come out the same day and fix it. Due to Lube Mobile being unable to perform the service on the same day which is why I did not go ahead. ( AND THANK GOD I DIDN'T!!! As GoTyre was able to repair the punctured tyre!!! Instead of replacing two tyres!!) My issue is when contacting the manager of Lube Mobile to get a refund for the cost of the one tyre fitting which amounted to $280.20 - I was told I would not get the full refund as I had to pay the cost of the tyre technician that came out. The tyre technician that came out to tell me he couldn't do the job & needed to come out again tomorrow. I was also informed that the tyre technician was out here for 45mins which is untrue as my neighbor who was also outside at the time can testify that the guy was here no more than 10mins. So shame on you Lube Mobile. I didn't mind paying the initial call out fee of $88.50 - but charging me extra for someone to come out who didn't do anything and then just making up excuses to justify your fees. You can be sure I will never be contacting you again. And you can be sure I will be telling all my friends and family to not use your service again. To not refund me my full amount of $280.20 - especially during the hard times everyone is going through during the COVID-19 crisis. Double sham! Terrible manager with terrible customer service.

I was in two minds on using Lube Mobile…

I was in two minds on using Lube Mobile but so glad I did,Andrew was very good at his work and his knowledge to me was excellent ,the price of repairs were almost similar to going to a mechanic,but I chose Lube Mobile as they come to you,I recommend to give Lube Mobile a go if you want professional work done,Andrew would be your man for that.

Excellent service

Phill arrived on time and quoted on the services requested. He kept me informed through the whole process and advised me on the options available. He is extremely neat and clean in his work. I was completely happy with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Will definitely continue to use their services.

Failed to diagnose, $600 out of pocket and still have faulty car.

Paid $600 for new coil, didn't solve the problem. Called out to check again, still was unable to diagnose my car. Mentioned he would leave the job open and touch base with me the following day. 2 Months has passed and still haven't heard a word. Still have a faulty car and still $600 out of pocket.
