We have just completed the purchase…
We have just completed the purchase ofour house. The conveyancing was carried out by Linda Gregory and her team at Knights, Sheffield. As Linda had previously arranged of a house for us in the past I knew that the service would be second to none and I was not disappointed. Communication is excellent and no stone was left unturned. I would not hesitate to recommend Linda and her team to anyone contemplating a house purchase.

I have not moved house for over 40 years so was unsure of the legal process but I was recommended to Knights as I was buying a new build property and needed my sale and purchase to complete relatively quickly. Outstanding from start to finish
I was recommended Minal from Knights from a friend, after my last solicitors deinstructed me in the middle of trying to buy my flat as the building safety act was too complicated for them (!) From the very beginning, Minal was my outstanding - professional, responsive and most of all, she listened to me and helped me get through an incredibly stressful transaction. I cannot recommend her enough, especially for first time buyers. The process can be bewildering - Minal’s patience and expertise is invaluable.

Knights were recommended by our House Builder, they were more expensive than the other quotes that I obtained, however, their service was exceptionally quick and very efficient. Complications in the buying process were explained in a clear and concise manner and dealt with accordingly. Efficient, Responsive and Communicative - a Premium Service
I accepted an offer on my property on 20th February 25, I instructed Knights to act for me on the sale - the sale completed on 31st March 25 (5 weeks from acceptance of the offer). I was pleasantly surprised by how promptly Knights got this over the line. They were efficient, responsive and communicative - I was kept updated throughout the transaction. Special mention to Louise Jones and Hannah Mehaffey, who embodied Knights’ premium service. I certainly would not hesitate to recommend Knights.
