A very professional team led by superb solicitor who acted for me both on a sale and purchase of a property, He answered all my questions quickly and explained any legal issues suscinkly. It made the whole process much easier and I would highly recommend Knights as an excellent firm of solicitors.

Thank you to Minal Shah and her team who were very efficient. My husband and I were up against a very tight deadline on 2 properties. Minal understood our concerns when we kept checking in and she supported us through the whole process. Minal and the team pushed through for us to secure the properties before our mortgage offers ran out. A big thank you to Minal and her team for our new home :-)

renewing a will
Due to a bereavement i decided to update my will.I first contacted a company called KNIGHTS in Chester who gave me a quote for a standard will which was £802.I thought this a bit expensive so phoned around and each one was shocked at KNIGHTS £802.On average the other quotes were £200.So the moral of the story is shop around not everybody wants to rip you off.

Team Charlotte at Knights
Charlotte Goodson and the team were fabulous in getting our new build purchase completed in 5 weeks to comply with the builders short timeframe. It was essential that things were thought of in advance as we were travelling for the whole time on an interrail holiday with limited access to the Internet. Charlotte worked to make it as seamless as possible and was always available to answer questions we had. She (and the team) made the whole experience stressless and it was the easiest house purchase that me and my wife have ever made. Based on this experience, I would tottally recommend Knights and in particular Charlotte. Thanks team Charlotte.
