A very professional team led by superb solicitor who acted for me both on a sale and purchase of a property, He answered all my questions quickly and explained any legal issues suscinkly. It made the whole process much easier and I would highly recommend Knights as an excellent firm of solicitors.

Knights were very helpful, communicative, and transparent throughout the entire process of buying my property. As a first time buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive team to have guided me through the journey of buying my first property. Highly recommend Knights Solicitors
We used Knights for both the sale of our previous home and purchase of our new home and can highly recommend their services. They are very professional but explain everything in terms we understood and were only a phone call/email away if we wanted to ask a question. Every document was perfect and communication was prompt and efficient. The price was also very competitive so definitely great value for money. In particular, Kirsten and George went above and beyond to help us exchange contracts in time and complete on time without any issues or delays so a big thank you to them for their continued support throughout both processes. No need to hesitate, definitely choose Knights for your Solicitors!

Perfect from start to finish!
Where to begin, Kirsten and George and the team at Knights were perfect from start to finish. We were given Kirsten as a contact when we reserved our dream home on a new housing development. She made the initial process very smooth and provided a point of calm when I was panicking and stressed. As the sale of our house went through Gorge joined the process to assist Kirsten, when she was out of office or on a break. He was professional and efficient, maintaining a clear stream of communication throughout the processes. Long and painful process going back and fourth. Questioning family members involved for coercing with a family members will, absolutely disgusting to make those assumptions just because they need assistance. Not to mention accusations were made of the person involved to have dementia! And recommended us to pay to have a test done for the women involved. How dare a ‘professional’ company accuse somebody of this when they aren’t doctors they are supposed to be ‘solicitors’. Disgusting behaviour!

Efficient at a reasonable price
All communication was via internet - I never met one individual from the company, so it is an impersonal service. Having said that the company was always very responsive and also confirmed all receipt of payments, documents etc. I feel they did an efficient job at a reasonable price, in what is a very long process (buying a newbuild leasehold), and one which some solicitors are now refusing due to the time frame.
