We began with Ryan Butler and then dealt with Rukhsanah Haroon. Both provided an excellent service and they were always available to deal with any queries. One small thing I would point out is that the phones at Knights are exceptionally quiet especially on speaker phone which occasionally made things difficult.

Clear communication, fast responce
Tia and her team shouting out Lucy completed our sale and purchase. They completed everything brilliantly, the part of their service that impressed us the most was their speed and availability. There were a number of occasions where complexities meant we had to get hold of Tia fast! She was available and dealt with each hurdle fast and effectively. Thieving criminals
Thieving criminals. Overcharged for minimal work to the result of over £1200 for only 1 weeks work after sale of house did not go ahead due to unfortunate circumstances and the buyer withdrew. No communication or results from the company in that time apart from them over inflating the bill and resulting in overcharging me for them producing nothing.
