I have received terrible treatment from this solicitor. They admitted to avoiding my phone calls and emails for months, and when creating their timelines, they missed deadlines by months. If I could give a zero rating, I would. I would never recommend anyone to use this firm. STAY AWAY !!!. I'm about to make a formal complaint

Professional and helpful
I found using Knights very helpful in the not very straightforward sale of my mother's house. There was more work to do than originally anticipated, but David Alp was very helpful and dealt with all the details in a very professional way. I found him approachable and pleasant to deal with on the phone. The final fee was somewhat more than first quoted, but that was due to the extra issues discovered.
