Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo acquistato due biglietti per la tratta Kyoto–Tokyo con lo Shinkansen tramite Klook. Al momento dell’acquisto, abbiamo salvato i biglietti tramite uno screenshot, ma ci siamo resi conto solo la mattina della partenza di averne salvato solo uno. Pensando di poter recuperare facilmente i biglietti direttamente dall’app, ci siamo collegati per accedere alla prenotazione, ma ci siamo trovati di fronte alla scritta: “Nessuna prenotazione effettuata”. Nessuna possibilità di contattare l’assistenza clienti – praticamente inesistente – e quindi nessun modo per risolvere il problema in tempo utile. A quel punto siamo stati costretti ad acquistare un nuovo biglietto direttamente in stazione, spendendo 14.000¥ (circa 85€).
