Really bad UI when it comes to booking.
Really bad UI when it comes to booking ferries from SG to Bintan. The first page shows the correct sequence, from SG to Bintan. Then Bintan to SG. So i keyed in the dates according. However, when it reaches the second page, the dates are swapped. In my final booking I have the dates upside down. There's no way to ammend the dates. Only cancellation and all the promos codes used are just forfeited. Customer support is useless, no tack for customer retention. Do not recommend, deleting the app the same day I installed. Edit: I am willing to edit my ratings as long as the issue can be resolved. Please let me know the contact details to reach out to you to provide my details.
