They were so helpful after I nearly cancelled through another company giving me a really crazy price which was more than my trip - Couldn't do enough to help and restored my confidence that I wasn't the liability I felt I was.

Wrong Dates On Policy After Payment Made

I had difficulty with web site crashing. When I finally checked my policy it had the wrong dates. I telephoned to complain and was told the quoted price I paid was correct for the dates on policy. I was then told that to amend the dates I had to pay another £7.76. Not happy about this but had no choice. Be careful of the online quoted price.

As a 70year old I was looking for travel insurance to suit my needs. The service rep was very courteous, helpful and knowledgable. She was able to find my ailment and then tailor an insurance premium to suit my needs very swiftly. I would certainly use this company again without hesitation.

Good for penny pinchers.

I was recommended this site by someone I know who is a penny pincher. I loved the questionnaire- it didn’t ask what I had for breakfast in 1974.The price was good so recommended it.
