Smooth Setup, Clear Coverage – So Far, So Good!
So far, my experience with JustCover Travel Insurance has been very positive. The sign-up process was simple and clear, with policy details that were easy to understand. Their customer service has been responsive and helpful, answering my questions without any delays or confusion. I appreciate how transparent they are about what’s included in the policy, which gives me confidence while traveling. It’s reassuring to know that support is there if I need it. Although I haven’t had to make a claim yet, everything so far has been smooth and professional. I’ll update my review after a claim experience if needed, but for now, I’m happy with the service!

Beware of start date
Site clear. But cover started in docs from to day although I made clear that I had a policy which was expiring in almost a months time. Tried emailing but that was returned. Chat line not helpful. Phone line - waited 30 mins/

Very good value policy for seniors
Very good value policy for seniors, especially after being truthful about pre existing medical conditions. Took approximately 4 mins to purchase and another one minute to receive our policy. Well done guys and thank you for not cashing in on our age group.
