Smooth Setup, Clear Coverage – So Far, So Good!
So far, my experience with JustCover Travel Insurance has been very positive. The sign-up process was simple and clear, with policy details that were easy to understand. Their customer service has been responsive and helpful, answering my questions without any delays or confusion. I appreciate how transparent they are about what’s included in the policy, which gives me confidence while traveling. It’s reassuring to know that support is there if I need it. Although I haven’t had to make a claim yet, everything so far has been smooth and professional. I’ll update my review after a claim experience if needed, but for now, I’m happy with the service!

Brilliant experience with Just Cover
I took out a Black policy Region 3 with Just Cover in January 2025. We booked a holiday to Gran Canaria in February. Unfortunately 5 days before we were due to fly my wife broke her ankle very badly and we had to cancel our holiday. I then later contacted Just Cover to recover the price of our flights with Ryanair. Just Cover were brilliant to deal with and once I submitted the medical certificates and no show letter from Ryanair we were refunded in full. In fact I got a very nice letter from their claim handler Elaine Dunphy wishing my wife a full recovery.

I spoke with Hamas, very friendly and helpful guy, had an online quote but as I have Asthma I said I'd ring the company, price did go up a bit but I was happy with the quote. Thank you
