As a landlord, I can honestly say, I have nothing but good and positive experiences with Jayman Estate Agents. I left my previous agent as they were not personable, neglected maintenance and communication was either poor or non existent. Since moving to Jayman, everything has been at a very professional standard, very efficient and friendly staff, service is very bespoke and personable to my needs, and best of all they have a local maintenance team on site. I would highly recommend them.
Under no circumstances rent your property through Jaman... A tennant they provide has simply left, retained the property keys failed to pay outstanding bills and Jayman simply wipe their hands clean... They took no guarantor details at the outset so there is no hope of recovery, the deposit will not cover the replacement and reissuing of a new front door sceurity lock and keys as the tenant still has access to the property. What company would simply hand some one the keys to a property with no gurantor. No duty of care, No offer of any help or assistance, and as usual the landlord has to pick up the costs...

Renting out a property Laura is the lady for the job This woman is amazing at what she does friendly , polite, helpful and keeps you updated a complete asset to the company! If you want stress free then Laura at Jaymans is the person for the job and would highly recommend to anyone

Honestly can't rate Jayman Estate agents highly enough!! We had to pull out of a house purchase at the last minute and our buyers were keen to move in to our old property so we had to move fast! We contacted Jayman and they arranged a viewing for us. I can't believe how quickly they managed to take us from viewing it to the paperwork being sorted to us getting the keys - it all took place within a couple of days!! They were all professional, replied quickly to my (numerous!) emails and were fantastic throughout - thank you!!
We needed a home, our house was flooded out & our insurance put us in a hotel as we couldn’t live at home of which this hotel then had to close due to Coronavirus. We had found a property to rent which was perfect & Laura helped us so much in getting this through for us quickly. Under these extremely difficult unprecedented times Laura was always polite, friendly & understanding. Always available via telephone or email & very helpful. She really is an asset to Jaymans. Fantastic service! Times are scary, and while many estate agents didn't get back to us on lettings, didn't keep us updated or straight up refused to let us view anything, Jay Mitchinson from Jayman was really awesome. Though we weren't allowed to view prior to application, Jay offered to video call us from the property, pushed our references through quicker than usual, and have allowed us to do our own inventory to reduce the time other people would be in the property. We even picked the keys up from a colleague's home and didn't come within 10 meters of her! Thank you for being so understanding of our personal situation and grafting hard to get us in Jay
I am sure that in any normal circumstances the staff at Jaymans deliver great customer service however, given the current situation we are in, they have been outstanding. Thry have delivered great customer service to myself both being available in person for my viewing, all the way through to completion over the phone and even through their shop window ;-) Thank you Guys and thank you for my new home.
Poplars Lichfield Limited have been using Jayman Lettings for a while now and they have proved to be a very reliable and professional team. They have provided us with an excellent service and communication has been excellent. We have used quite a few members of staff at Jaymans and all have been great, although Jay Mitchinson has been the main contact and he has been extremely professional and helpful in all our dealings with him.
I mostly dealt with Jay Mitchinson who has been incredibly helpful and friendly. Though everyone I spoke to was very nice. The communication has been brilliant.
