As a landlord, I can honestly say, I have nothing but good and positive experiences with Jayman Estate Agents. I left my previous agent as they were not personable, neglected maintenance and communication was either poor or non existent. Since moving to Jayman, everything has been at a very professional standard, very efficient and friendly staff, service is very bespoke and personable to my needs, and best of all they have a local maintenance team on site. I would highly recommend them.
Under no circumstances rent your property through Jaman... A tennant they provide has simply left, retained the property keys failed to pay outstanding bills and Jayman simply wipe their hands clean... They took no guarantor details at the outset so there is no hope of recovery, the deposit will not cover the replacement and reissuing of a new front door sceurity lock and keys as the tenant still has access to the property. What company would simply hand some one the keys to a property with no gurantor. No duty of care, No offer of any help or assistance, and as usual the landlord has to pick up the costs...

I have been thoroughly impressed with the service we have received at Jayman’s in Lichfield. We chose to use Jayman’s and their fully managed landlord service to rent out our house, and Laura Connolly has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. I opted for Jayman’s after visiting several local estate agents and Laura’s professionalism, efficiency and expert knowledge impressed me and put me at ease right from the start; she made Jayman’s stand out from all other estate agents. She is incredibly organised, approachable, reassuring and friendly - no task or query is too big, she is always happy to help out and do whatever she can. Laura has removed all the hassle and made the whole process stress-free for us; she found us a tenant quickly and has been extremely efficient in making all arrangements for us. I feel lucky that we have Laura managing our property and I know I won’t have to worry about a thing as I completely trust her judgment/ work. I highly recommend Jayman’s and can’t thank Laura enough for all she’s done for us.
Today I received the keys from Jay Mitchinson at the Lichfield office only a few hours after landing in England. He has been nothing but helpful and is a very personable guy. Jay and Jayman definitely gives you confidence in the process and I can’t thank him and Jayman enough!
