I needed a Medallion Signature Guarantee for some US shares I wanted to sell, which were in my maiden name. I spent a considerable time Googling and researching how to do this, getting more bamboozled and confused in the process. One of my ID documents needed certifying by a solicitor and IWC even contacted them, to double-check the legitimacy of the certified documents. As soon as I made the online payment to IWC, ahead of submitting all my paperwork, Loren immediately confirmed receipt of the funds. Loren's efficiency, customer service, professionalism and industry knowledge has been invaluable.
