I accidentally ordered the wrong item and when I contacted Internet Ink, the company offered to take back the order. I have used the company for many years. The product and service has always been good, but this experience raises it to another level/

If you are feeling hesitant - don't worry! Great products at a fair price.
I was a little reluctant to move away from the 'official' inks. However, I have found no difference between the quality of the 'official' inks and those provided by Internet Ink. I'm now on my fourth order with them. Highly recommended!
