Popped into infinity motorcycle…
Popped into infinity motorcycle southampton to get a lid sorted for myself. On my first visit Ben was super helpful helping me find a lid that fitted me and in a range of different budgets. I was not pressured to make a purchase that day. Went back a week later and this time dealt with Steve who was also fantastic mentioned Ben had helped me the week previous and I've made my decision on the lid I wanted. Steve also took his time in helping me with gloves which I also bought. He patiently helped me with some jackets which I will return again soon for. I felt very welcomed at infinity and was very well informed with a wealth of knowledge from the guys about gear. They will be my go to motorcycle store as I have trust in them. Thanks guys see you all again soon.

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. I bought boots and helmet online, both arrived very quickly shame they were tight so sent them back easy and quick. A couple of days later next size up arrived very fast and efficient. From order to my house with a second delivery with the right size was 7 days. I will definitely recommend to my friends and I'll be a customer again in the future. Thanks Mike 👍

Infinity are excellent (particularly Lydia)
Infinity are good, but Lydia at the Norwich Branch is a stellar performer and has made me spend so much money and I have never regretted a penny. Nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble for her and frankly if any business could clone Lydia they would have the proverbial army of elite sales force individuals. And what’s particularly nice is all the other staff are lovely too despite having to deal sometimes with unreasonable and obnoxious individuals, which I have observed. My wife is now also joining me as pillion and we are pleased to have Lydia’s excellent advice and input. She really is The BEST!

James gave us excellent service when choosing motorbike trousers and jacket and we didn't feel pressured to buy, also very knowledgeable with what we asked for. Definitely be back again. We had previously been to our more local store with poor results so can't thank James enough

Big big shoutout to Krzysztof
I’m returning to motorcycling after 3 years and since I’ve not been up to date with new gear and helmet brands I went to the Infinity shop in Chiswick and was nicely greeted by Krzysztof. He helped me choose the right gear and helmet for my bike. If anyone is in the same position, ask for that boy - He was very helpful and clearly knows what he’s talking about.

Went to infinity Oxford store today for a new shoei nxr2 helmet I was served by James his knowledge and customer understanding was absolutely fantastic! He also got me a fantastic deal on My new helmet with visor and intercom. the price could not be beaten!
