I’m very disappointed with the customer service at InCruises. I’ve been a member for some time, but booking a cruise has been a frustrating and disheartening experience. I expected a smoother process and better support.

Я уже побывала в Норвежских фьордах, по всему Средиземноморью от Кушадасы (Турция) до Гибралтара и обратно через острова. Была в Турция, Грецию, Черногорию, Боснию и Герцеговину, Хорватию, Мальту, Италию, Францию, Испанию, Португалию, Канарские острова, Марокко, по всему западному побережью Европы от Копенгагена до Барселоны (Дания, Германия, Бельгия, Нидерланды, Франция, Англия), на Азорских островах, в Восточной части Карибского бассейна (Мартиника, Британские Виргинские острова, Антигуа и Барбуда, Сен-Мартен, Аляска, США и Канада), в Персидском заливе (ОАЭ, Катар, Оман). Я только что забронировала свой 11-й круиз в Южную Америку (Бразилия, Уругвай, Аргентина). Я тоже являюсь партнёром клуба в ранге директора по маркетингу.Надеюсь достичь следующего ранга в ближайшие 1-2 месяца. Программа реферальных партнёров inCruises даёт мне возможность увеличить доход и много путешествовать. Я благодарна InCruises и себе за этот новый образ жизни, который я веду уже 7 лет.
Pésima experiencia en incruises! Perdí todo mi ahorro. Los líderes no te dicen cómo funciona realmente, te omiten información, hay letra chica . De lo contrario jamás hubiera entrado a este "club de viajes" perdí 650 dólares !!!

Buongiorno Virginia, concordo pienamente con lei sul fatto che possa aver compreso male la spiegazione, probabilmente andava di fretta e non si è data il tempo di comprendere bene come funzionasse il club di InCruises prima di fare la sua iscrizione. Le consiglio quindi di mettersi in contatto con la persona che le ha mandato il link di indicazione, con il quale lei ha potuto fare la sua iscrizione al club, e di chiedere una migliore spiegazione dei vantaggi che si ottengono ad essere un membro del club di InCruises, perchè non sono pochi e varrebbe la pena conoscerli meglio. Nel caso quella persona non la soddisfi, le consiglio di contattare il supporto di InCruises, che le fornirà tutte le risposte di cui ha bisogno. Le auguro una fantastica giornata.

Mi mujer y yo ingresamos en el Club Incruises hace casi dos años y hemos podido realizar 9 cruceros en todo este tiempo. Gracias al programa de reembolso del Club y todas sus ventajas, yo, como socio viajo desde nuestro tercer crucero gratis y solo pagamos la parte de mi mujer. Estamos super agradecidos de haber conocido la existencia de este maravilloso Club. Totalmente recomendable.
OJO con meterte en esta "posible" estafa piramidal. porque cuando ya has acumulado el dinero suficiente para realizar la reserva, NO puedes reservar para irte en el próximo mes, porque está todo lleno y las primeras plazas disponibles generalmemente, es para dentro de 6 meses (COMO MINIMO) con lo cual aunque ya tengas tú dinero pagado en la plataforma, debes de seguir pagando como mínimo otro 6 meses, como poco !!!!!! Las propinas que hay que pagar, NO están incluidas, cuando hay paquetes de agencias, que SI que las incluyen. Las tasas porturarias, NO están incluidas, cuando hay paquetes de agencias, que SI que las incluyen. Con lo cual es un gasto "oculto" que no lo sabrás con exactitud hasta que estés en el Barco. Las comisiones que te dan por traer a nuevos socios, NO tributan, con lo cual si lo detecta la Agencia Tributaria Española, puedes tener graves problemas. Te envían una tarjeta de crédito desde los Estados Unidos, para que gastes en España, o sea al estilo de las "tarjetas BLACK" y ya sabemos como terminan estas tarjetas, en donde Hacienda de todo se entera. RESUMIENDO: Mucho mejor ahorrar tú mismo y cuando tienes el dinero, reservas un Chollo para irte cuando a tí te interesa y no esperar X meses a que aparezca una plaza libre en la plataforma, e inclusos con las tasas porturarias y propinas YA incluidas
I have never been on cruises before, this type of vacation was not available due to the high price for my family, but in 4 years with inCruises I have been on six cruises and seen many countries and cities, and beautiful huge sea liners have become my number one quality and travel comfort. They tell you they will match what you put into the account, but they don't let you use your own money! If you want to cruise, you can only use small portions of what is in your account and then you have to come out of pocket even though you have thousands of $$ dollars sitting in your account! I can't believe how they get away with this! Their mission is to create affordable cruising experiences. That is the biggest BS I have ever heard! THEY HOLD YOUR MONEY HOSTAGE. I have paid into this 3 years and accumulated $9,000 worth of cruise points (couldn't cruise during Covid). When I finally went to book a cruise. I was only allowed to use $1,200 of those $9,000 points, so I decided to book a second cruise six months later to use my remaining points and they only allowed me to use $52 from the remaining points. If I cancel my membership I lose the cruise I booked, which is three months away, so I have to pay them $300 more to keep the membership active until then, and then when the cruise is over I can cancel, but will leave all that money behind because you give them your hard earned money, and THEY DON'T LET YOU APPLY THE MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT TO BOOK A CRUISE. THEY ARE HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE. They design it so you keep paying into it and have no choice but to walk away leaving your money behind, or continue to pay forever, never using up what you have saved up. THIEVES. NOTHING BUT THIEVES. I am never speaking to the friend who introduced me to this.

I was approach to join this in a rush, the lady even went home in the night to collect my cash and enrolled me, if I had the chance to read the details and MAINLY, if I was explained better I would had had a moment to think, in the rush she missed to explain lots of things though. 1 I was enrolled as partner, I clearly explained the lady that I didn't know lots of people to enrol in the business but she kept saying that this was the best call to do, I should take it by then as things and offers were changing the next day, so she left with my money and I was enrolled. 2 After a year of $100 payments I didn't know that there was a members yearly membership to pay. 3 When trying to book a cruise, you can only use part of the points you have. 4 looking at the booking page, most of the cruises start abroad therefore those arrangements have to be made at separate cost. 5 the company gives 2x1 points but these can't be used after 2 years of being with the company, nevertheless, I am sure you won't be able to use all of those point in one booking, as I mentioned earlier when I tried to book with my own points and I wasn't able. As i am not interested in team membership I asked for refund, little i know that there were 14 days for this to do so, I made two payments in april, I was wondering if the $100 suddenly become $95, I was ok, until this lady (the recruiter) asked me to pay an outstanding invoice left, to which I responded that I paid two, then she explained that what I paid was the membership, she then told me to contact them and as for refund but I surely wouldn't have it because there is only 14 days for this to happen, she also said that lots of people miss this as they didn't know, (I was wondering why an how) and yes, she was right, as much as I explained I wasn't given the refund, at some point I think they got tired of me and replied: Hola, Confirme una vez más que desea simplemente eliminar su plan de socio sabiendo que no se otorgará ningún reembolso. Atentamente, Reembolso InCruceros If I agree to that the $1200 I had paid in the past 12 months weren't coming to my bank account. However as I mentioned earlier if the person that invites to join this company explains better without rushing people wouldn't have a bad experience as we will know from the beginning what we are signing for as when I joined i though it will be great saving for a holiday. BYW this is not a moan, this is my experience and frustration, I hope it helps someone before joining this MLM company and do a little research.
