I’m very disappointed with the customer service at InCruises. I’ve been a member for some time, but booking a cruise has been a frustrating and disheartening experience. I expected a smoother process and better support.

Я уже побывала в Норвежских фьордах, по всему Средиземноморью от Кушадасы (Турция) до Гибралтара и обратно через острова. Была в Турция, Грецию, Черногорию, Боснию и Герцеговину, Хорватию, Мальту, Италию, Францию, Испанию, Португалию, Канарские острова, Марокко, по всему западному побережью Европы от Копенгагена до Барселоны (Дания, Германия, Бельгия, Нидерланды, Франция, Англия), на Азорских островах, в Восточной части Карибского бассейна (Мартиника, Британские Виргинские острова, Антигуа и Барбуда, Сен-Мартен, Аляска, США и Канада), в Персидском заливе (ОАЭ, Катар, Оман). Я только что забронировала свой 11-й круиз в Южную Америку (Бразилия, Уругвай, Аргентина). Я тоже являюсь партнёром клуба в ранге директора по маркетингу.Надеюсь достичь следующего ранга в ближайшие 1-2 месяца. Программа реферальных партнёров inCruises даёт мне возможность увеличить доход и много путешествовать. Я благодарна InCruises и себе за этот новый образ жизни, который я веду уже 7 лет.
Pésima experiencia en incruises! Perdí todo mi ahorro. Los líderes no te dicen cómo funciona realmente, te omiten información, hay letra chica . De lo contrario jamás hubiera entrado a este "club de viajes" perdí 650 dólares !!!

I recently had a highly frustrating experience with Incruises, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with others considering their services. As a paying member of their monthly club membership, I expected a certain level of flexibility and understanding. Unfortunately, my recent encounter with their customer service team left me feeling undervalued and disheartened. My issue arose when I attempted to add an additional passenger to my reservation for a balcony cabin. Initially, I had made the booking for three people, but circumstances changed, and I needed to add one more individual to the trip. I contacted Incruises, explaining the situation and expressing my willingness to pay any additional fees required to accommodate the extra passenger. To my dismay, I was met with an inflexible response that left no room for negotiation. Despite my willingness to pay the necessary fees, Incruises firmly stuck to their rigid rules, stating that changes to reservations were not allowed once finalized. It's worth noting that the change I requested would not have caused any inconvenience or disruption to their operations or other customers. As a loyal customer who has faithfully paid my monthly membership fees, I expected better treatment and a willingness to accommodate my reasonable request. However, Incruises demonstrated a lack of empathy, dismissing my plea for assistance and failing to understand the importance of customer satisfaction. The essence of any service-based company is to prioritize customer needs and provide a positive experience. In this regard, Incruises fell far short of my expectations. It is disheartening to see a company prioritize rigid policies over customer satisfaction, especially when I was more than willing to pay any additional costs involved. I hope that by sharing my disappointing experience, Incruises will take notice and rectify their customer service approach. I still believe in the potential of their services, but it is crucial for them to recognize the importance of flexibility and the value of customer relationships. I eagerly await their response and hope they will make amends by accommodating my additional passenger. Overall, I advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with Incruises. Their inflexible policies and lackluster customer service overshadow the positive aspects of their offering, leaving a sour taste in the mouths of loyal members like myself.
I feel that my money was literally stolen from me. They have AMEX on their site but when I tried to use AMEX it didn’t work and they then said that card won’t work. I cancelled my membership and they told me I could use my 1 for 1 points (money I personally put in for about a year), after 3 months. I then was told that whenever I book a cruise their system will only allow me to use a certain amount of points that THEY determine at the time of booking. It’s literally my money. Why can’t I use all of my own money in their account to book my own cruise? Absolute scam!!!
Thanks to the Incruises club, my family and I went on 4 cruises - 2 in Europe and 2 in the United Arab Emirates. Great savings on your vacation! Thank you.
This company is not an honourable company

Estamos agradecidos de las experiencias inolvidables que vivimos, gracias a poder descubrir diferentes partes del mundo. Nos encantan los viajes en cruceros de lujo, en los hoteles y las estancias en resortes 🔝 Cuando viajamos por menos precio o incluso gratis, ese dinero que ahorramos lo destinamos a los estudios de nuestros hijos e incluso para pagos diarios del hogar... . MUST READ..I have witnessed first hand just how shady this business is! I'm talking about my marketing business we have over 1000 people who have been wronged by this company. they have no problem stealing your money from your wallet without your consent, I'm not talking about the monthly fee. I'm talking about them taking extra money from you for no apparent reason... among many other customer services fails.... and they also bumped the monthly Fee up! it's not worth it. PLEASE Save your money and GO else where! You will regret signing up with them if you do. I don't support a business with no care in the world for how they treat people... and neither should you!
ok, first, ignorance. we were trying to book family trip of five. request for one cabin went through. no response at all from them at all. they won't let you to spend your hard earned money in way those people are promising. no prompt response at all. Been there loyal members for years. Very disappointed. Michael In Cruiser lost another customer.
This company is not trustworthy. You don't get to use all of your points at once. They make a big deal about their 2 for 1 points system, but they determine how many points you use per occurrence. They do not even tell you how they calculate the point you are allowed to use. Also, Do not waste your money. There are cruises out there that are way more affordable. As a partner member, their rules just recently change without any notification to me.
Fac parte din clubul InCruises din septembrie 2021. Am fost în 2 croaziere, împreuna cu familia si în noiembrie va urma si a treia. Daca nu as fi fost înscrisa în acest club, nu mi-as fi permis sa merg in 2 croaziere la interval scurt de timp. Sunt mîndra ca fac parte din acest club minunat care imi da oportunitatea de a calatori la preturi avantajoase. Multumesc familiei În Cruises!
