Veraltet Bürstenwaschanlage- schlechte Reinigung
Bei der Wäsche gehen keine Insektenrückstände oder kleine Vogelkotstipser ab. Der Vorwäscher baut gleich Reklamationen vor und sagt, dass nicht alles weggewaschen wird. Hier stimmt Preiss-Leistung und Service gar nicht.

Für Ceramix XTR Programm 20 € bezahlt. Auto ist nicht vernünftig sauber rausgekommen. Jeder Menge Flecken. Leider großer Enttäuschung. Weg geschmissene Geld .

Also ich find sie freundlich, netter Haufen! Jeder kann man einen schlechten Tag haben. Aber selbst den hatte ich noch nicht bei denen erlebt. Oft ist es, wie man in den Wald schreit… Ja die neuen Lappen am Ende find ich auch nicht so toll wie die Luftanlage vor dem Umbau, aber sonst kannst nix sagen. Qualität hat seinen Preis wie ich finde, wie bei allem! Und wir haben auch mehrere Fahrzeuge und kommen immer wieder dahin

Have taken IMO to small claims court . Their car wash broke my wing mirror clean off . Cost £237.80 to repair . Offered me £40 ! Suzuki had just serviced car too

Paid top money for top wash (£21?) in…
Paid top money for top wash (£21?) in Bridgwater. Waste of money. Half of the sprayers didn't work and one of the brushes. Complained. Sent me two 'free' wash vouchers. Returned to use the 'free' wash three weeks later and the lower left hand brush and two of right hand sprayers didn't work. I won't be using the second voucher.

IMO Pendlebury absolutely brilliant…
IMO Pendlebury absolutely brilliant service from Anas and his staff. Had the mini valet and it was a superb job. Really friendly lads. I would definitely use again.

Took my money and refused service.
I paid them for a car wash, and when I drove in they said I couldn’t use it as I have a roof rack. No where before paying does it warn you about having a roof rack. EDIT: they responded very quickly to an email and have said they are refunding me. I will await the refund before updating this review
