Ideal Utilities answer the phone when you ring them back
Ideal Utilities helped us get good prices for electricity on two sites. One contract was for an half hour supply that was particularly problematic. The previous supplier rolling us on to a new 12 monthly deal without any input from ourselves and Jordan Haines persevered until this issue was sorted. He is currently working on recovering funds from excess billing that was related to this and other problems with this company.

I have to say that Jordan Haines was exceptional with my dealings with Ideal Utilities. My case was complicated and he never gave up. He was in contact the whole of the time keeping me updated on the circumstances. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service all round without pressure
Being a small company coming out of a fixed period into a much more volatile market it was very improtant for me to get the best deal possible. Jordan Haines was extremely helpful with every aspect. I questioned and went back to him on numerous occasions before making up my mind. All round very good service.
