Gültigkeitsdauer der Gutscheine nur 2 Jahre. Leider auch keine Kulanzregelung möglich wie man es von einer großen erfolgreichen Firma erwarten würde. Da der Gutschein in Deutschland verschenkt wurde ist dies doch etwas überraschend da man von einer gesetzlichen Gültigkeitsdauer von 3 Jahren ausgeht. Ablauf war 13.12.2025. in Deutschland wäre dieser Gutschein bis 31.12.2026 gültig. Anscheinend ist die Firma nicht ganz so erfolgreich wenn man keine Kulanzregelungen findet.

Thus whole process was very easy after looking for gift cards at hotels themselves and getting frustrated this was so nice to be able to give a gift for someone and not have to pick when or where they have to go. Received a HotelGift voucher as a birthday gift. So many choices and super easy to use. Love the fact they are valid for 2 years and also that you get exclusive deals when you have a code. 10/10 would recommend.

The customer service is phenomenal! People were very kind and responded within minutes. The timing to receive the physical gift card took way longer than they said. It came 3 weeks late. However, when it arrived, it was beautifully presented. Never have seen a gift card like it. I would use them again, but would plan ahead in case it arrives late again.

Den Gutschein erhielt ich zu meiner Pensionierung von meinen Arbeitskollegen. Zu Hause konnte ich dann mit meiner Frau das Urlaubsziel und das Hotel in aller Ruhe aussuchen. Es ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet und die Buchung hat super funktioniert!
